Requirements

• Previous experience in military or law enforcement highly preferred
• Excellent conflict management and de-escalation skills
  

• Must be able to obtain, and maintain a valid armed security officer license (VA DCJS 99 - )
• Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Ability to handle firearms safely and responsibly
